Isothermal Protective Coatings, Inc. - Products
Acrylink G
Roof Coating

CROSSLINKING ACRYLIC LATEX ELASTOMER

Utilizing CROSSLINKING chemistry and custom-engineered acrylic resins, Acrylink G exhibits a combination of high tensile strength and elongation previously found only in some urethane coatings, while retaining the superior ultraviolet resistance and ease of application of acrylic coatings.

In addition to high tensile strength and elongation, the cured
Acrylink G membrane has excellent resistance to ponding water, fire, and harsh chemical environments, including acids, bases, industrial pollutants, and hydrocarbons, such as petrochemicals and animal fats.

Technologically advanced crosslinking acrylic resins, a superior coating formulation, and competitive pricing combine to set

Acrylink G
apart from all other coatings of any price range. With warranted applications available over nearly every type of commercial and industrial exterior surface, Acrylink G is as versatile as it is durable.  Click here for an Acrylink G brochure.

Acrycaulkä
Brushable Grade Sealant

ACRYLIC LATEX ELASTOMER

ACRYCAULK is an all-purpose sealant that readily adheres to primed or painted metal, thermoplastics, asphalt, polyurethane foam, and concrete substrates. Its highly thixotropic quality and elevated viscosity enable it to bridge gaps very well, making it an ideal sealant for difficult waterproofing problems.

To bridge wider gaps, ACRYCAULK can be used in conjunction with non-woven polyester roofing cloth. Applied by brush, trowel, or knife, ACRYCAULK dries for recoat within 24 hours and application tools clean with water. Apply only to clean, dry substrates at temperatures in excess of 45°F. Do not use when rain is imminent. Cured ACRYCAULK has excellent resistance to hydrocarbon environments, acids, bases, and industrial pollutants.

Isophosä
Phosphating Solution

RUST REDUCER AND PASSIVATOR

ISOPHOS is a dilute solution of phosphoric acid which, on steel surfaces, reduces and helps remove rust leaving an iron phosphate surface. On galvanized steel, ISOPHOS leaves a zinc phosphate surface. In both cases, ISOPHOS prepares a surface to which paint or coatings will readily adhere.

ISOPHOS can be used at package strength or diluted up to 1:1 with water. It can be applied by brush, mop, or low pressure hand pump sprayer. Rusted areas should be kept wet with ISOPHOS until the red color turns gray. The surface should then be water rinsed and allowed to dry prior to coating.

ISOPHOS will not damage plants, but may slightly etch concrete surfaces. As with any acidic solution, care must be exercised in the application of this product. See Material Safety Data Sheet for personal protection.

Isoprimeä
Primer for Metal

WATERBORNE CORROSION INHIBITING PRIMER

ISOPRIME is a high quality water reducible corrosion inhibiting primer for metal or passivated rusty substrates.  ISOPRIME has excellent adhesion to most metal and clean painted surfaces and can be applied by brush or airless spray using a 0.013" to 0.025" tip.  Surface should be prepared by removing scale and passivating with ISOPHOS or other phosphating solution.

Isocleanä
Cleaner for EPDM & Other Single-Ply Membranes

ISOCLEAN is a waterborne, high performance cleaner for hard-to-clean single-ply roof surfaces, such as weathered black EPDM.  The proprietary formulation removes degraded surface rubber, making pressure washing much more effective, and thereby reducing labor necessary to prepare the roof surface for waterproofing with
